1KA uses a secure dedicated server from a professional provider whose standards (maintenance, charging, protecting, co-location etc.) are at the highest level.
Furthermore, a parallel server system saves all the data (every action performed on every survey at every second) at a another location.
In addition, security copies are created daily to external units. Theoretically, it is practically impossible for a piece of data to go missing. So far, no data has ever gone missing in the1KA application.
